Do I need a subscription?

No. Single files are one-time payments and the credit never expires. The monthly plan is optional: 30 conversions for $9.99 a month, and you can cancel anytime from your dashboard.
Do unused monthly conversions roll over?

No. You get 30 fresh conversions at the start of each billing month. Single-file credits you buy never expire, and we use your monthly conversions first.
What happens when I cancel?

Your plan stays active until the end of the month you've paid for, then stops renewing. Any single-file credits stay on your account.
What's free?

What if a conversion fails?

Can I get a refund?
